CreativeDIY provides Shopify applications and related services to enhance your e-commerce store functionality. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Smart Product Tabs application
• Analytics Pro application (coming soon)
• AI Customer Service application (coming soon)
• Technical support and customer service
• Regular updates and maintenance

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To use our applications, you must have a valid Shopify store. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

4. Payment Terms

Payment for our applications is processed through the Shopify App Store. By installing our paid applications, you agree to pay the fees as specified in the Shopify App Store. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our applications are owned by CreativeDIY and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our applications
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Use our applications to create competing services

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Our applications may collect and process data necessary for functionality. We comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR and follow Shopify's data protection guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

CreativeDIY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from your use of our applications.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or other technical reasons with reasonable notice when possible.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may uninstall our applications from your Shopify store at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our applications. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
